2008/09 Season Passes
Ober Gatlinburg 2008/09 Season Lift Passes and Season Pass Holder
Parking Permits are now available!
Pre-Season orders (Prior to 11/15/08) are only $209.
After 11/15/08 Season Lift Passes are $249.
Season Pass Holder Parking Permits are $25 and are valid for parking at the lodge or
downtown tram parking lot (based upon parking availability).
2008/09 SEASON PASS AND SEASON PASS PARKING PERMIT APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT
Season Area/Lift Passes and/or season parking permit for the 2008/09 season are valid from time of purchase through the end of the winter season
(approximately March 8, 2009). An area/lift pass entitles you to Area/Lift privileges for skiing and snowboarding (does not include equipment, lessons,
scenic chairlift rides or tubing). A season parking permit entitles you to free parking at the lodge or downtown tram parking areas - based on
availability and does not give priority at either lot.
SEASON PASS & SEASON PARKING PERMIT PURCHASE AGREEMENT:
As a condition of holding a Season Pass and in return for the use of ski lift facilities and/or parking at Ober Gatlinburg during the 2008/09 ski season,
I agree that:
1. I assume full responsibility for the care and safekeeping of the season pass and/or parking permit.
2. The season pass purchased is for the personal use only of the person whose photo and name appear on the season pass. I agree that the
season pass will not be sold, given, traded, loaned, or assigned to any other person for any reason whatsoever. Upon violation of the above, my
season pass may be revoked, in which case I will not be eligible for a refund.
3. The season parking permit purchased is for the personal use only of the person(s) whose name(s) appear on the season parking permit. I agree
that the season parking permit will not be sold, given, traded, loaned, or assigned to any other person for any reason whatsoever. Upon
violation of the above, my season parking permit may be revoked, in which case I will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Season Parking Permit holders may park only in authorized parking areas, violators will be subject to towing! Ober Gatlinburg is not responsible
for fire, theft or damage, or property lost from parked vehicles. Please remove valuables from vehicle. Purchase of an Ober Gatlinburg Season
Pass Parking Permit relieves Ober Gatlinburg from any liability as described.
5. To carry the season pass at all times when boarding the tram and present it at the slope gate in exchange for slope access. If I do not have my
season pass with me, I will pay the regular rate for a lift ticket at the time of visit.
6. To keep the season pass parking permit prominently displayed on the rearview mirror in the vehicle and present it to the parking attendant along
with my season pass. If I do not have the season parking permit with me I will pay the regular rate for parking at the time of visit.
7. Season Pass or Season Parking Permit may be revoked or suspended at the discretion of Ober Gatlinburg management.
8. In exchange for slope privileges, the season pass holder must produce their season pass upon request of authorized personnel.
9. If a season pass is lost, misplaced or stolen, please report immediately. A new pass may be purchased for a fee of $50.00.
10. If a season parking permit is lost, misplaced or stolen, please report immediately. A new permit may be purchased for $25.00.
11. Violation of ”Your Responsibility Code” or Ober Gatlinburg's Slope Rules can lead to loss of season pass without warning and without refund.
12. Ober Gatlinburg, Inc. does not guarantee the holder the opening and closing dates of the 2008/09 ski lift operating season nor a continuous daily
operation of all lifts throughout the season.
13. Ober Gatlinburg, Inc. has the right to operate the lift facilities it deems appropriate during the course of the winter season.
14. To RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, and INDEMNIFY Ober Gatlinburg, Inc. and any of its employees, agents, contractors, subsidiaries, officers or
owners from all actions, claims or demands for any loss, injury or damage which arises out of use of season pass or season parking permit.
15. Season Pass Liability Release Agreement must be signed by adult pass holder or legal guardian of a minor pass holder and photo taken
before Season Pass is valid.
16. The Season Pass and Season Parking Permit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
