Starting mid-August 2011 through June 2012, there will be utilities undergrounding on the Parkway in Gatlinburg. We recommend anyone coming to the Ober Gatlinburg Tramway Mall take River Rd. as shown here or the Gatlinburg Bypass as shown here. LeConte St. at traffic light #9 will be closed to all thru traffic August though March.
