Elevate at Ober; A mountain Yoga Experience

Elevate at Ober is a peaceful mountain yoga retreat designed to help guests slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves in one of Gatlinburg’s most scenic settings.
Hosted on the Observation Deck at Ober Gatlinburg, the experience pairs guided yoga, mindful reflection, and restorative mountain air with sweeping views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Guests will be invited to begin with gentle movement and breathwork, transition into a grounding yoga flow, and close with a quiet moment of intention while surrounded by the natural beauty of the Smokies.

Schedule:
• 10:00 AM – Guest Arrival and Check-In: Guests arrive for check-in and enjoy coffee and fresh juices before the retreat begins.
• 10:15 AM – Scenic Chairlift Boarding: Guests board the scenic chairlift for an 18-minute ride to the top, taking in the mountain views along the way.
• 11:00 AM – Yoga Class Begins: The guided yoga class begins on the Observation Deck. (Yoga mats provided by venue)
• 12:00 PM – Yoga Class Concludes: Class ends with time to transition into the lunch experience.
• 12:15 PM – Lunch on the Observation Deck: Lunch begins in the garden area on the Observation Deck.
Lunch Menu:
· Light Eats: A fresh selection of vegetables and seasonal fruit.
· Turkey and Avocado Sandwiches: Turkey and avocado sandwiches served as an easy, satisfying post-class lunch option.
· Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps: Grilled Chicken Caesar wraps offer a lighter, handheld lunch choice for guests to enjoy in the garden area.

· Event Admission: Access to the Elevate at Ober Gatlinburg yoga retreat experience.

· Scenic Chairlift Ride: Round-trip scenic chairlift transportation to and from the Observation Deck.

Guests are welcome to relax, take in the views, and leave at their leisure following lunch. When ready, guests will ride the scenic chairlift back down, bringing the retreat to a peaceful close with one final view of the mountains.
